Uninstall GemUpsells

Introduction

When a merchant uninstalls GemUpsells, Shopify automatically cancels the app subscription, and the store reverts to the Free plan. No refunds or credits are issued for the remaining days in the current billing cycle. See Shopify: Subscription billing.

Merchants remain responsible for any charges incurred before uninstalling the app.

If the merchant reinstalls GemUpsells, the store starts on the Free plan and is not eligible for another free trial.

GemUpsells stops collecting data when the merchant uninstalls the app. Any remaining data is deleted within 3 months.
